We're hooked on SUP
This was our first time using stand up paddle boards. It was something we had wanted to try for a while but the opportunity had never presented itself. Since Liquid was located next to the Hampton Inn where we were staying we figured why not. 

There were four in our group, two adults and two teenagers. The young man (wish I had gotten his name) set each of us up with a board and paddle, gave us some instruction in how to paddle and turn, assisted us getting on the first time and sent us on our way. He also took pictures and have other tips on maneuvering.

The location couldn't be much better. Aside from being directly next to our hotel they launch you from a small sandy beach area where you have several protected coves to explore. It was a kind of windy day when we went so it wasn't completely smooth but it was sheltered enough that we didn't feel like it made it significantly more difficult. I was the only one who fell and only once. And even then the water is shallow so I had no problem getting back on the board.

We had a great time and we're looking forward to going back sometime. We'd really like to try the nighttime paddle when they attach led lights to the boards. 
A must do in OC!!!!
We stayed at the Hampton Inn Suits last week and walk next to liquid paddle to go paddling boarding. We had a great time! A must do!! We will totally come back. Great job guys!!!!!
Friday Night Lights!
On Friday nights, Liquid Paddle Company, which is located just south of the 45th street village on a small spit of beach, does night time paddle boarding. They have neon lights that they strap on to the bottom of the boards which lights up the water underneath the board! Our group saw horseshoe crabs, blue crabs, numerous minnows and small needle fish, turtles, sting rays and a larger unrecognizable fish as well.. The boards are sturdy and float easy over the water, 4 of our group of 8 had never been paddle boarding before, and they had no issues paddling around- even cooler is that they can say the first time they went was at night! The glow of the lights underneath the board attracts small minnows which even leaped out of the water and onto the board! The pictures we got of our experience are incredible and Phil was an awesome guide. I highly recommend paddle boarding during 'Friday Night Lights' with this company- everyone had an absolute blast and is a main highlight of the summer!
Great experience
We visited Liquid Paddle over the summer. It was a first time for us on the stand up paddleboards. I wanted to give the grandkids the experience and I was tempted to try. The location was great, a sandy beach and shallow,clear water. The kids were anxious to try. Phil and the staff were knowledgable and patient. After a lesson the kids were ready to go. They lauched from the beach and were able to paddle around in the bay or explore the little coves next to the beach. We had a great time and definitely plan to return next year and try one of the eco-tours and especially go on one of the night tours with the lighted boards.
Best SUP company in Ocean City
I am new to stand up paddle boarding but have rented boards at a couple of places last year. Tried liquid paddle this year and had the best experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and takes their time to help you learn if you are new to the sport. The area on 45th street is beautiful and the view from the bay is second to none!

I visit ocean city every summer and i finally tried liquid paddle company. it was so much fun! everyone should try it at sunset it is very beautiful. the staff is very nice and helpful. i highly recommend trying it, you will not regret it.
Hidden gem
My fiancé and I I loved our trip to liquid paddle! The beach is perfect! So many places to explore close by. We saw turtles! Also loved the lack of boat/jet ski traffic! Made For a peaceful experience.
EXCELLENT ACTIVITY
While visiting Ocean City in August of 2014, my daughter, Hannah, and her best friend, Julia, wanted to try paddle boarding. I was a little hesitant, so I actually checked out the sight before letting them paddle board. Well, Phil was great! He explained everything to me in detail. After Phil taught them how to paddle board and answered our thousands of questions, the girls went paddle boarding and LOVED IT!!! They enjoyed it so much that I scheduled them for the Friday Night Lights experience. What a fantastic idea! The water was clear and calm and the girls could witness marine life at its best!!! We can't wait to go again this August! Phil was wonderful, helpful, kind and patient. This area of the bay is beautiful! His equipment was well maintained. And the location was very convenient. Thanks Phil! See you this summer!!!!

We visit Ocean City every summer. Last summer we tried Liquid Paddle Company for the first time, the entire family had fun. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We are returning to Ocean City this summer and we will definitely go paddling with the Liquid Paddle again!
A must do in OC!
Great location- a fun way to escape the beach crowds and traffic for an afternoon during the summer. Helpful and fun staff and very reasonable priced! Looking forward to trying "Friday night lights" they offer. One of the workers at Liquid explained that they attach led lights under the boards and launch every Friday night once the sun sets.. Sounds so cool! You have to reserve them in advance but seems like it'd be a great idea for families or groups .. They also have kayaks to rent. Hoping to make a few visits here this summer-- highly recommend this company!

Great service, prices, and staff. 10/10
This is the only place I will go for boat rentals in ocean city. After the headache I had last time with other companies, it was refreshing to actually get a fair rental price. I highly recommend liquid paddle.
great location and staff
Visited liquid paddle with family this summer... Very knowledgable, patient and fun staff... The kids felt confident out in the water and had a great time. Located next to a beautiful quiet cove on 45th street in ocean city. Very reasonably priced also... Will definitely paddle with these guys again next summer!
Great time!
Visited these guys on a Wednesday with a group of friends for a short stand up paddle board trip and had a blast! The staff were great, they were friendly and patient with our group while we were getting ready. Their equipment was in awesome shape and made learning how to SUP a breeze. Plenty of great places to go to from their beach as well, would definitely go again!
